How do you help providers who have no support staff get their data entered as codifiable/minable data? Our rural sole-provider clinics are struggling to enter data in a way that gets picked up in the EHR reports. In the absence of time/support to check all the boxes/fill all the forms in the EHR, they revert to free text notes that are not searchable in EHR screening rate reports.
